Our Services

Pharmacy – (Coming Winter 2006)

The Institute for Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine offers a full pharmacy to their patients. This service is offered to our patients for medications that we prescribe in the office. We offer most medicines in which we prescribe. We have added this service as a convenience to our patients. This service is available at both locations, Estero and Ft. Myers.

Pharmacy policy still remains the same. If you need a refill it can be refilled at our office immediately with an already approved refill. If the physician must approve the renewal a 24-48 hour notice is required. We will have a direct extension available to call in on and leave a message if the pharmacy tech is not available. 

Pharmacy Refill: 239-482-5399 option 3, this number can be called for either location. When you call in for a refill or renewal, please leave your name and phone number, your date of birth, the medication to be refilled and where you would like us to call it in to or let us know if you will pick up at one of our offices. (Indicate Estero or Ft. Myers)
